RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be able to return your order, the products must be in the same condition as when you received the order, unused with labeling and original packaging. You also need your receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, you can email hello@everynightstudios.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Every Night Studios, Pilgatan 5, 112 23 Stockholm, Sweden

Problem with product

Please contact us directly if you have received products with defects or the wrong products, so that we can evaluate and sort out any problems.

Exceptions/non-returnable products

Some products cannot be returned, such as self-designed products with print or embroidery. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your particular products. We also do not offer returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The easiest way to ensure that you get the product you want is to return the product you have, and when the return is approved, order the product you want to receive in a separate order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refund

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and then let you know if your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your chosen payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@everynightstudios.com
