CUSTOM OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

PRINTING & EMBROIDERY
WHAT PRODUCTION METHODS DO YOU USE? DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT AND DESIGN, WE USE DIRECT-TO-GARMENT PRINTING (DTG), DIRECT-TO-FILM PRINTING (DTF), OR EMBROIDERY. EACH METHOD IS SELECTED TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULT FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
ARE THE COLOURS EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON SCREEN? WE DO OUR BEST TO REPRESENT PRODUCTS ACCURATELY, BUT COLOURS AND FINISHES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY DUE TO SCREEN SETTINGS AND THE NATURE OF PRINT PRODUCTION. MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOUR, PLACEMENT, AND FINISH ARE INHERENT TO THE PRODUCTION PROCESS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE DEFECTS.
WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ARTWORK? WE ACCEPT PRINT-READY FILES IN AI, EPS, PDF, AND HIGH-RESOLUTION PNG FORMAT. FILES SHOULD BE SUPPLIED AT THE CORRECT SIZE AND RESOLUTION FOR THE INTENDED PRINT OR EMBROIDERY APPLICATION. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? DELIVERY TIMES VARY BY DESTINATION. FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH, ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE:

- EUROPE: 4–8 BUSINESS DAYS
- REST OF WORLD: 7–14 BUSINESS DAYS

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER BY EMAIL. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS FOR TRACKING INFORMATION TO UPDATE.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES? ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE SWEDEN MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES UPON ARRIVAL. THESE CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER TOTAL.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? B2B PRODUCTION ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION. WEBSHOP ORDERS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, PROVIDED ITEMS ARE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. CUSTOM PRODUCTS WITH PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE OUTCOME. IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT FOR WEBSHOP ORDERS. FOR B2B ORDERS, WE INVOICE IN SEK. ORDERS UNDER 10,000 SEK REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE PRODUCTION. ORDERS OVER 10,000 SEK REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE PRODUCTION, WITH THE BALANCE DUE UPON COMPLETION.
