RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS POLICY — EVERY NIGHT STUDIOS

1. GENERAL
DUE TO THE CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE OF EVERY NIGHT STUDIOS' ("ENS") SERVICES, ALL PRODUCTION ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION. THIS POLICY OUTLINES THE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH RETURNS, REPRINTS, OR CREDITS MAY BE ISSUED ACROSS ENS'S TWO SALES CHANNELS: DIRECT B2B PRODUCTION ORDERS AND THE ENS WEBSHOP.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ORDERS
THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED:
- PRINTED GARMENTS (DTG OR DTF) PRODUCED TO CLIENT SPECIFICATION
- EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS PRODUCED TO CLIENT SPECIFICATION
- ORDERS WHERE THE CLIENT HAS APPROVED A SAMPLE OR PROOF PRIOR TO PRODUCTION
- ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER PRODUCTION HAS COMMENCED
- GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN USED, WASHED, ALTERED, OR DAMAGED AFTER RECEIPT
3. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
ENS STANDS BEHIND THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTION. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY PRODUCED GOODS, YOU MUST:
- NOTIFY ENS IN WRITING AT HELLO@EVERYNIGHTSTUDIOS.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT
- INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, A DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE, AND CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE
- RETAIN THE AFFECTED ITEMS UNTIL ENS HAS ASSESSED THE CLAIM
ENS WILL EVALUATE ALL CLAIMS AND, WHERE A PRODUCTION FAULT IS CONFIRMED, OFFER ONE OF THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS AT ENS'S DISCRETION:
- A FULL OR PARTIAL REPRINT
- A STORE CREDIT
- A PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND
CLAIMS SUBMITTED AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OR WITHOUT SUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
4. COLOUR & FINISH VARIATIONS
MINOR VARIATIONS IN COLOUR, TONE, PLACEMENT, AND FINISH ARE INHERENT TO PRINT AND EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE DEFECTS. THESE INCLUDE:
- SLIGHT COLOUR DEVIATION BETWEEN SCREEN PREVIEWS AND PRINTED OUTPUT
- MINOR PLACEMENT TOLERANCES OF UP TO ±5 MM
- NATURAL VARIATION BETWEEN PRODUCTION BATCHES
- TEXTURE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN EMBROIDERY THREAD LOTS
WHERE THE CLIENT HAS APPROVED A PHYSICAL SAMPLE PRIOR TO FULL PRODUCTION, THE SAMPLE SERVES AS THE PRODUCTION STANDARD.
5. ORDER ERRORS BY THE CLIENT
ENS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS IN ORDERS RESULTING FROM INCORRECT INFORMATION, ARTWORK, OR SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- SPELLING OR DESIGN ERRORS IN APPROVED ARTWORK
- INCORRECT SIZE BREAKDOWNS OR QUANTITIES CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT
- COLOUR CHOICES APPROVED BY THE CLIENT THAT DIFFER FROM EXPECTATION UPON RECEIPT
ENS STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THOROUGH REVIEW OF ALL PROOFS, SAMPLES, AND ORDER CONFIRMATIONS BEFORE APPROVING PRODUCTION.
6. SHORTAGES & OVERRUNS
PRINT AND EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION MAY RESULT IN MINOR QUANTITY VARIANCES. ENS WILL ENDEAVOUR TO DELIVER THE EXACT QUANTITY ORDERED BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELIVER WITHIN A TOLERANCE OF ±3% OF THE TOTAL ORDER QUANTITY. INVOICING WILL REFLECT THE ACTUAL QUANTITY DELIVERED.
7. RETURNS PROCEDURE
WHERE A RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORISED BY ENS FOLLOWING A CONFIRMED FAULT:
- ENS WILL ISSUE A RETURN AUTHORISATION BY EMAIL
- GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF AUTHORISATION
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY ENS FOR CONFIRMED PRODUCTION FAULTS
- GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

8. REFUNDS
WHERE A REFUND IS AGREED, IT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CLIENT'S ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD OR AS A CREDIT AGAINST A FUTURE ORDER WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE RETURN BEING RECEIVED AND ASSESSED. ENS WILL NOTIFY THE CLIENT BY EMAIL ONCE A REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
9. ENS WEBSHOP
THE ENS WEBSHOP OFFERS PRODUCTS FROM EVERY NIGHT STUDIOS AND A CURATED SELECTION OF PRODUCTS FROM ASSOCIATED BRANDS, ALL PRODUCED ON DEMAND BY ENS. THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO ALL WEBSHOP ORDERS.
9.1 RETURNS WINDOW YOU MAY REQUEST A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. TO BE ELIGIBLE, ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL LABELS AND PACKAGING INTACT.
9.2 NON-RETURNABLE WEBSHOP ITEMS THE FOLLOWING WEBSHOP ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
- CUSTOM OR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS WITH PRINTING OR EMBROIDERY
- DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS
- GIFT CARDS
9.3 ASSOCIATED BRAND PRODUCTS PRODUCTS FROM ASSOCIATED BRANDS SOLD THROUGH THE ENS WEBSHOP ARE PRODUCED ON DEMAND BY ENS AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE SAME RETURNS TERMS AS ENS OWN PRODUCTS. ENS HANDLES ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS FOR THESE PRODUCTS DIRECTLY.
9.4 HOW TO RETURN A WEBSHOP ORDER
- EMAIL HELLO@EVERYNIGHTSTUDIOS.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN
- WAIT FOR RETURN CONFIRMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR TEAM
- PACK THE ITEM SECURELY IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND SEND TO:

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY PRODUCED.
9.5 WEBSHOP REFUNDS ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE OUTCOME. IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. IF MORE THAN 15 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE APPROVAL AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND, CONTACT US AT HELLO@EVERYNIGHTSTUDIOS.COM.
