TO BE ABLE TO RETURN YOUR ORDER, THE PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER, UNUSED WITH LABELS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU WILL ALSO NEED YOUR RECEIPT OR ORDER CONFIRMATION.

EXCHANGES
THE EASIEST WAY TO ENSURE YOU GET THE PRODUCT YOU WANT IS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE, AND WHEN THE RETURN IS APPROVED, ORDER THE PRODUCT YOU WANT TO RECEIVE IN A SEPARATE ORDER.
REFUND
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR RETURN AND WILL LET YOU KNOW WHETHER YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED OR NOT. IF APPROVED, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED TO YOUR CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MAY TAKE A LITTLE TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CARD PROVIDER TO PROCESS THE REFUND.
